First course:
-Green beans with a little bit of tomato sauce, is healthy because it contains 90% of water and water is very important in our lives. 3-4% of carbohydrates that gives energy, 2-2,5% of proteins, help us to grow. 0,5% of fats, gives lot of energy but it isn't good if you eat fats in abundance. Vegetables contains vitamins and minerals. Vegetables help to prevent our body.
Second course:
-Fish with peas. Fish is healthy because supports the organs and the fabrics, help the brain and the nervous system in function. The peas have lots of vitamins and minerals, reduce the cholesterol, and they are energetic.
Dessert:
-Watermelon or yogurt, the yogurt have 8,25 calories, 4,4 proteins, 4,2 fats, 6,9 carbohydrates and 167,5 calcium. And the watermelon have 15 calories, 15,6 carbohydrates, it doesn't have fats 0, and 0,7 proteins.
This lunch is healthy because it doesn't contains lots of fats and it has a lots of carbohydrates, proteins...
