Breakfast--> Emilio:
I think a healthy breakfast would be like this: first two slices of toast but the artisanal one with jam but not a lot, and a little bit is good because you eat carbohydrates so you have energy at the morning. To drink, an orange juice or lemon juice because it has vitamin C that help preventing eye diseases. And if you are still hungry cereals with milk because they're also carbohydrates and milk has calcium for your bones. Per two days you should eat an egg scramble. Imagine Tuesday ,Thursday and Saturday you eat egg scramble and the other days you should eat pineapple because it has vitamin c and minerals good for body.
