Threats

• Ozone depletion

• Melting ice due to global warming

• Polar bears and caribou are decreasing in population

The decrease in polar bears will result in an increase of the seal population, as well as changes in the food web. The decrease in caribou would result in a rise in greenhouse gases, as well as a lack of nutrients returning to the soil from their poop.

How Climate Change Will Effect

• It will be warm enough to support vegetation and trees by 2050.

• less snow cover will result in a decrease of sunlight reflected which will increase the warming

• shadows the effects that will eventually reach home.
