What is Cri du Chat syndrome? Who can get it?

Cri du Chat is a genetic disorder where the fifth chromosome (the 5th largest chromosome) is tampered with in some way, whether it is deleting a large or small section of it, leading to learning and many other disabilities inside of a person. Anyone can really get this disorder, as it is found in the egg and sperm before you are even born.
