Grass

In this picture of grass, magnified 10x by the microscope, there are palisade and mesophyll cells visible. The mesophyll and palisade cells are mostly green and sometimes red. In the picture of grass you can also see some long black stripes which are the vascular cells. The ecology of grass is important because it is food for many animals.
