Title Significance

The Demon King was Alger Waterlow, the supposed villain of the legend of Hanalea, an evil wizard who nearly destroyed the world a millennium ago, only to be defeated by the mighty queen Hanalea. In fact, Waterlow was Hanalea's lover. They ran away together, and Hanalea had two children by him. After his death, Hanalea became queen and married Lucius Frowsley, although she never loved him. Han comes across an amulet that once belonged to him.
