Weakest Character Traits and Attributes

Are they difficult to improve?
What steps have I taken to enhance these attributes?

- soft spoken
- leadership
- creativity

Personally, for me, yes these attributes are difficult for me to improve on mainly because they take me out of my comfort zone. It is hard for me when in an environment with a big crowd, especially with people I don't know, to speak up about anything. Such as when having to do a group project, instead of putting my input in on what I think would be best I usually wait for the decision to be made about the project and oh my designated contribution. The same goes when it comes to taking a leadership role in groups. Although, this past year I have been trying harder to turn these negative traits around and starting to speak my mind and when I deem it necessary, I will try to take a leadership role. These two attributes are not yet perfect, sometimes I still just let things take their course and when needed I will do my part, but I am definitely trying to put myself out there more. When it comes to creativity, in order to enhance my lack there of, I try to do research into other ways in which people have created things such as projects and become inspired by them to create better products that aren't so simple.
