Steps that need to be taken to obtain this role...

- by keeping my grades up I am increasing my chances of getting into a good school which provides majors in Child Development
- by working more with kids I am able to increase my knowledge of how they as individuals learn and respond to different environments
- going to college for Child Development will give me the knowledge I need to become a teacher for special education
- by joining organizations I will become associated with people who share my same interesting in helping children with special needs have a better overall experience in school
- getting my masters in education I will have the requirements to teach children
- by becoming a teacher for special needs children I will be rising up to my overall goal
- when becoming a superintendent of schools that revolve around the needs of special education I will have reached my ultimate goal
