A. The "downtrodden", poor Argentineans made up the main group who supported Peron's reign in their country.
B. Political problems didn't come to Argentina until after Peron's rule when the juntas came into power. The juntas were harsh militaristic rulers who took advantage of Argentina and took away many rights of the people, forcing them into undesirable government.
