Versa became a major capital center of trade and economics to provide for the military. Goods all came there to be sold for profit in shops.

Safavids

The Safavid economy was based in Isfahan where salesmen todo merchandise to create a hub of business. It brought people in from other empires and supported the nation.

Mughals

Rangseb imposed a tax on Hindus in an effort to influence islamic conversion. It was kind of like in the Shakespearean play where they had to wear red hats when the other religion left their ghetto.
