Ottomans
The traditions in the Ottoman Empire for obtaining power and wealth were unconventional. Instead of having to inherit a position of power, you could work your way up. Their morals and values were more based on bravery and chivalry in battle than blood.
Mughals
Bairam Khan was the main emporer, but there were four main ministers. They divided the rest of the empires land into provinces to make it easier to manage.
Safavids
Safavid rulers undertook the job of uniting Iran, which involved reforming both the army and administrative system. The Shah was represented by the Vacil, who made most of the political decisions.
