Now the uprising of Marijuana's legality in some states along with its growing use with teenagers may lead some to believe that the health risks are minimal,since it is so prevalent.

Visual Aids

As shown by this graph, marijuana accounts for the second most trips to the E.R, behind cocaine. If the drug were to become legal across the nation, like alcohol, no doubt these numbers would increase.

Besides just trips to the emergency room, abusing marijuana has other, long-term effects which can prove to be much more dangerous.
