The Sugar Maple is a very common tree that can be found almost everywhere in the U.S. except the most southern part (Florida, southern Texas, Southern California). It starts to flower an develop during the spring of each year. Sugar maples grow at a pretty slow rate at 12 to 24 inches a year and grow to a height of 60-75 feet.
