Evergreen Needle

The evergreen needle is not totally unlike the broad leaf in certain ways. But the two have their differences. For example, the evergreens' upper epidermal cells are very waxy. Another thing that the evergreen needle has is that its photosynthesis cells are farther in than most plants.
