Broad Leaf

The broad leafs cells are split up into various categories. The upper epidermal cells are transparent, and therefore not green. The mesophyll cells are green, though, and contain chloroplast. Palisade cells are also green. On the lower epidermal cells are stoma, which are small holes on the plants surface. They are guard cells, which regulate the gasses that come in and out of the plant. They are almost the color black, and photosynthesize well.
