Models she lived out
Community of Disciples: She lived out this model by reaching out to the Native Americans and African Americans. She didn't care what others thought of her while helping. She wanted to reach out and spread the word of God and set up schools for Native Americans and African Americans.
Servant: St. Katharine Drexel was a servant to Native Americans and African Americans by helping them and giving them schools. She contributed so much money to help them and now there are so many schools because of her. She used her wealth to help others and served those who were less fortunate.
Body of Christ: She lived out this model by coming together with the Native Americans and African Americans and speaking about the Bible and the church. She brought them to churches and they prayed. Many of the people who came together told there friends of what St. Katharine Drexel was doing and invited them. She brought many people into the church.
Herald: She lived this out by showing and preaching to others about the Bible. The word of God spread fast in Philadelphia, New Mexico, and Louisiana. She believed that education was very important and the Bible played a major role in the schools she founded.
