Goblin Shark

Habitat: the coast of Japan, the Gulf of Mexico, the Pacific Ocean, and the Atlantic Ocean. 

Body Size: up to 11 feet 

Main prey: sting rays, mollusks, and crabs.

Life Expectancy: 25 years

Average # of offspring: 10-15

Characteristics:

1) They don’t like to be exposed to the sunlight so they are sometimes referred to as vampire sharks.

2) They have a unique shaped head.
