Virgin:

1) Section hair into 4 quadrants

2) Apply protective product to the scalp, beginning in the back right quadrant. Take 1/8 to 1/4 inch subsections to accomplish this.

3) Apply protective cream around the hairline and on the top and back of the ears.

*Work quickly as you apply the relaxer. Application time shouldnot exceed 10 minutes.

4) apply like color application leaving out scalp

Generous amount, let sections fall on each other

5) apply to hairline fringe last

6) check the hair for desired results, apply more product if needed

7) shampoo and rinse at least three times. Condition and style.

Retouch:

Same steps just apply to new growth still not touching scalp
