Set the right side of the head using a diagonal wave "S" shaping with the first row showing the flat curls on base. The 2nd row are the three types of stems. The 3rd row is to show volume pin curls on base. Form the curl by wrapping the hair into a circle and place the curl according to the mobility desired. The clip is placed so it points toward open end.
