Iran Iraq War Bombing

In the photo it is showing when the United States bombed Hiroshima. This picture relates to when Iraq bombed Tehran, Iran. March 01, 1988 Iraq fired long range missiles at Tehran, many civilians were killed and injured due to the bombing. Iraq tried to end the Persian Gulf war standby. In Persepolis it talked about how the Iraqis bombed Tehran with missiles named scuds. Since Tehran was under attack many people fled the city and it became deserted. Also in Persepolis her house got bombed and her neighbor's house was also bombed and destroyed. The bombing relates to the thesis by showing how Iraq was trying to conquer Iran by dropping missiles on them and killing people.
