Glucose & ATP

But where do the living things get their glucose from ? Well plants get there glucose from the process of photosynthesis like I said previously. Animals on the other hand get glucose from simply eating plants. Bacteria and fungi are a little different they get glucose as they tear the tissue of animals and plants.

ATP is found in the cells and is compared to gasoline because it powers all living things. In order for living things to receive it they need glucose. Well where do the glucose come from for plants? Photosynthesis obviously. In order for animals to get glucose they eat plants who already created glucose. Once they all have glucose cellular respiration comes in and turns it into ATP.
