Assisted Suicide - an act in which an individual's looses their life by their own choice, but receives assistance from someone else in completing the act either in planning or action.

Suicidal Ideation - thoughts of ending one's own life, but without any overt action to complete the act.

Attempted Suicide - self-injury with the the desire to end one's life without the result of death.

Suicide - the act of intentionally ending one's own life.
