Genghis Khan and the Mongols

Genghis was born into a nomadic tribe in 1155, but at an early age his father was killed and his mother was kidnapped so he was raised by his brother. He killed his brother and married, but when his wife was kidnapped he went on a quest and rescued her. This proved to his village that he was a leader and they put him in charge as their protector. He eventually conquered more and more land until he was in control of a powerful army.
