Treatment

Unfortunately, there is no real cure for CP. However, medicines can be used to control some of the symptoms, such as pain, seizures, and muscle spasms. For maximum effects, treatment should be started as early in the victim's life as possible. Although no two people will need the exact same treatment, the general build of it is using surgery or braces for physical improvement and constant physical, occupational, and speech therapy to reach the person's full potential.
