~ Adequate pathway on Emu Plains side

Requirements

~ Path over Victoria Bridge is very narrow resulting in hazardous pedestrian access

~ Regulation specifies that the River Walk requires stimulation for youths 15+, drinking fountains and taps, night time lighting ,and safe bike tracks

~ Area is poorly served by public transport.
