Usually preformed on long layers.

This perm works beautifully for clients who have some natural wave to their hair to start with and are looking to add texture for volume but still have a desired closeness in the top part of their hair. We will create this look by using and acid perm (due to the highlights we can see) using a bigger teal perm rod and positioning the rods only in the exterior leaving the top section completely out of the mix.
