Rhiannon is the woman who was first chosen to be the next Incarnate Goddess Epona, when she was a child. Her caregivers spoiled her to the point where she grew into quite a twisted, cruel, and sexual woman who took what she wanted and abused both her power/authority and the people around her. When her goddess gave her visions of an evil race coming to attack her people, she fled to a different world rather than help her people and be brave.
