The Diagnostics

Due to the urgent status of getting the correct diagnosis it is important to order the right tests. For when and if the the appendix ruptures the chance for disease increases tremendously. However diagnosing GI Issues can be tricky because the S/S are very similar to other ailments; including gall bladder problems, bladder/UTIs', Crohn's, intestinal infection, or ovary problems.


The tests:

1.Abdominal exam

2.Urine test to rule out UTI

3.Rectal Exam

4.Blood test to see if the body is fighting infection

5.CT and or Ultrasounds
