1) How can we tell that Tisha is lonely? How is it shown in the shot?

2) Describe the surroundings. Use adjectives.

3) Compare the surroundings with Tisha’s mood.

4) There are a lot of set-ups to later events in the scene – how many can you find?

5) When in the film is Tisha at the fence again? Why do you think the director has chosen

to show her there again? What is the fence a symbol of?

6) How is the sound used to establish the setting?

7) Which sounds are used as set-up for the birth? When do we hear these sounds later?

8) Describe the music. Why do you think that kind of music is used?
