My Opinion

Out of those three presidents my favorite was James Monroe. He promoted the American System which helped America build a strong infrastructure become stronger. He also handled the"Panic of 1819" well. He helped Latin America with the Monroe Doctrine. Most importantly he was a good family man. He did let being the President be an excuse or stop him from being with them.
