-  READ THE QUESTIONNAIRE BEFORE THE INTERVIEW 

-  TURN OFF YOUR PHONE or put in into silent mode

-  KNOW YOUR CANDIDATES name and profile (from GD) Beforehand 

-  be as OBJECTIVE as possible 

-  TAKE NOTES! 

     -  be as NATURAL as possible

-  be OPEN and ADAPTIVE

       Identify his type and ADAPT to suit his communication needs 

-  Keep the rhythm and don’t let the candidate lose focus 

-  Assess the criteria as deeply and completely as possible 

       Ask questions based on his/her answers until your sure you got the whole answer/ complete information 

-  Be PROFESSIONAL

-  Posture while sitting: Never transmit an arrogant attitude, by leaning back with laziness or crossing your arms 

-  Keep eye contact with your candidate, approve him/ her and ensuring him/ her that you are listening and considering his words. 

-  Encourage the candidate to continue his/ her idea: “Okay” “Go on!” “That sounds interesting!” “Tell me more!” 

-  If you don’t understand something ask for clarification, or rephrase what the candidate said: “If I understood right, you assumed the role of the leader in the team?” This means that you pay attention to his/ her saying.
