Stress Relieving Ritual
1. Butterfly Movement:
Brush hands up/down spine and off the shoulders
2. Shoulder Shrug:
Massage neck/shoulders using kneading motion.

Products Needed:
Stress Fix Concentrate
Cotton Ball
Begin by introducing guest to aroma, apply small amount to cotton ball and rub on the back of their neck.
3. Piano Movement:
Massage shoulders as if playing a piano.
4. Massage Neck
Facing side of guest, massage back of neck using upward circular motions. Hold forehead for support.
5. Temple Massage
Standing behind guest, gently massage temples using middle fingers
6. Ear Movement
Gently pinch ears up/down ear lobe using middle finger & thumb.
7. Hair Rake:
Comb fingers through guest’s hair front to back
8. Repeat steps 2, 3 and 1 in that order.
9. Close Massage:
One hand on top of the other in middle of back, using firm pressure
move hands in large circle, gradually decreasing size/pressure.
Place hands between shoulder blades and brush hands outwards from the spine, going from shoulders down to lower back.
