Flexibility Exercises
Flexibility is a very important aspect when it comes to working out. If you don't stretch and warm up you can hurt yourself when working out. The first stretch we will be doing is our deltoids, biceps and triceps. Following the video on the top, we will take our arm across our body and hold it for 10 seconds and then repeat for the left arm. Now it is time to stretch our gluteus Maximus and hamstrings. We are going to do what is called the butterfly stretch. Sit on your bit like the video on the bottom, push your legs to the ground and hold it for 10 seconds. Now that we have got our stretches done, it's time to workout.
