Endurance Exercises

Last is endurance exercises. First is military press with three different grips. You will do 3 continuous sets of 10 in order to gain endurance in your deltoids and chest/arms. The other workout you will do is simply running. Every day run at least one mile non stop. As you feel yourself advancing, feel free to bump up the distance you run.

Note: When running and endurance lifting you may sprain or hurt things like your back or your leg muscles like the hamstring.
