Strength exercises
When dealing with building strength you want to focus on high weight with low reps. Two perfect lifts for this is Tricep Super Set (left) and curls (top). On the Tricep super set you will be doing a continuous set of 8 alternating from skull crushers to Tricep benching for a total of 2 sets each. On the curls you will be doing 3 sets of 10 making sure you are going all the way down and all the way up.
Note: These workouts do help with your biceps and triceps but over time you might cause damage to your ligaments and you might pull something when doing these exercises.
