Climate and Atmosphere

In the early Carboniferous period it was really hot, but then it cooled some and animals started to appear. The climate after significantly dropped and became an ice age.


Because of the ferns there was a lot of oxygen, after the plant dies it gave us coal.


Oxygen was a primary element and had the most percent in the atmosphere during this time period.
