Animals and Plants

We found organisms both on land and water, most were amphibians and plants.

Ferns was a plant that gave oxygen during this time period but when it died it gave us coal.  

Fresh water calms lived in the swamps and had an increasing population.

Meganeura is an extinct insect that resembled a present day dragonflies. The characteristic that helped these organisms survive was oxygen.
