Religion in Mexica Society

They believed in human sacrifice, in order to please their gods. There were two main godsTwo of the main gods were Tezcatlipoa "the smoking mirror" & Quetzalcoatl "the feathered serpent"

Texcatlipoa was a god the supported warriors ( also was the giver and taker of life)  where as Quetzalcoatl was more for the arts, crafts, and agriculture.
