The Nazi’s Create Camps
Beginning in the early 1930’s, the Nazi’s began to create camps that would house prisoners (victims) for a variety of reasons from their narrative. These camps would be in existence until 1945 when the allied powers were able to liberate camps in Europe.
Some camps were intended to act as detainment camps, others served as labor camps, and eventually many camps were turned into death camps. All types of these camps contributed to the 12 million plus deaths during the Holocaust.
