Wouldn't you want to be more productive, happier, and stress-free? Or even live longer and age slower? If you answered yes to more than one of these questions, eating healthy may be for you.

Eating healthy is a vital role in proper growth and development in teens because our bodies are constantly changing. Also, a teen's weight is more likely to stay under control more efficiently than teens who eat junk food regularly. Eating healthy even produces a clearer complexion and less chances for pimples. Most importantly, remember that healthy eating doesn't mean you have to become a health freak. Eating unhealthy foods in moderation is acceptable.

Do you eat a healthy diet?
