Oxygen through an ecosystem

Oxygen is produced when plants go through the process of photosynthesis while the plant is creating sugar and energy it is also creating oxygen when the plant takes in carbon dioxide and water.

The oxygen is then let out into the air where an animal or human breathes it in and releases carbon dioxide.
