Sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide in photosynthesis
-Sunlight provides energy in the form of electromagnetic radiation, sunlight is also actually made up of photons. During the process of photosynthesis the plant takes in carbon dioxide and water and turns it into sugar or glucose. Also plants create oxygen during this process. It uses the sunlight for an energy source.
