Observations

The potato had changed a lot between the time we started the experiment, to the time we wrapped it, and placed it in the sarcophagus. If you were to look at how the potato was when we started, and when we ended, there are some big differences. An observation I made, was that every time we changed the salt, the potato seemed a lot more shrunken up. The salt probably had taken out all the moisture, so the potato was losing its shape. An important observation I noticed, was why the Egyptians had really bothered to mummify their dead. It really didn't help much. The body would still rot, like the potato, and probably smelled really bad, which is why the Egyptians needed a purificater, to purify the air.
