RESPECT FOR PERSONS,

BENEFICENCE, AND JUSTICE.

BENEFICENCE is a term referring to acts of kindness by the two parties past the normal point of respect. By asking questions that will make them think more of what they have done and how its effecting others in society.

JUSTICE is used for fairness throughout the interview and interview process Scheduling, conducting the interviews followups, inviting the interviewees to the final presentation and so on.
