Independence in India

Mohandas Gandhi used civil disobedience from 1930-1931 for civil resistance. By itself it was unable to bring Indian Independence. The struggle in India increased and the downfall of the British Empire in India began. After the Salt March the people where finally united and the pillars of power were shaken.
