-1 box of salt

-A potato

-A styrofoam hot dog container

-potato peeler

-plastic knife

-gauze

-foil

-colored sharpies

Procedures:

Day 1

1. Peel potatoes carefully and thoroughly. Make sure to leave no skin on.

2. Carve potato with plastic knife to make it look like a person.

3. Fill styrofoam hot dog container with salt. Do not over fill and make sure that you are able to close it. Don't use too much salt.

4. Put carved potato person in salt.

Day 7:

1. Take out salt from hot dog container and fill with unused salt from day 1.

Day 14:

1. Take salt out of styrofoam hotdog container.

2. Wrap potato in gauze

3. Make death mask from foil and decorate it using colored sharpies.

4. Place death mask on wrapped potato
