In this experiment, the objective is to mummify potatoes. We are doing this experiment to see what the mummification process was like and the results of it. In the experiment, it's is most likely that the potato will dry up because the salt absorbs the moisture in the potato. This use of salt reminds me of the way it is used to clear snowy roads which can also be used to support my hypothesis. I also think that the weight of the potato will be less since there is no more moisture in it.
