The Fourth
Amendment

Searches and Seizures is what The Fourth Amendment is mostly about, this makes sure before a police officer can search anything they must have probable cause and a warrant from a judge. The cause must be reasonable or the warrant will not be issued. None of this applies if officers see a reason to search the home or place right away. This Amendment was ratified on December 15, 1791.
