The Sixth Amendment
The Sixth Amendment allows you the right to a speedy trial, a jury of peers, the right to a attorney, a public trial, and witnesses. Witnesses means that if someone does not want to be a witness you can make them for your trial. This Amendment was ratified on December 15, 1791
