The Ninth Amendment

The Ninth Amendment is the rights retained by the people. They are the "Certain Rights" listed in the Constitution. This Amendment was ratified on December 15, 1791 just like the rest. The Ninth Amendment is there to say that just because a right isn't listed in the Bill of Rights, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
